Answer the phones by saying: "Thank you for calling Caesars Package Support, my name is Alayna. How may I help you/assist you?"


*Always ask for: 

   - Customer Name

   - Customer Email

   - Customer Phone Number

   - (Agent or not an agent)

   - Package reference number (PK-12345 etc)
