While on phone or email, let pax know you will be contacting the hotel and will update them on the process. Give them a reasonable time frame, and contact them even if you need more time!

Once the request has been forwarded to the hotel, either call back or email the pax letting them know any updates about their request (didn't go through, need more time, technical issues from hotel, meal request confirmed, etc)
Depending on if any issues arise, mark the ticket issue accordingly (medium [since we need to contact supplier] or high [any issues/tech glitches, or escalation [something went wrong and we need Alayna's help]).
- Set as 'Pending' if we are waiting for a response from hotel/pax
- Set as 'Closed' if everything is finished and the pax has been notified of their request being confirmed
