The most efficient way is to send them a link about pet policy from their airline and to email us back with any further questions
However, if they are persistent:
- ask if service dog or not
- if a pet, ask size, and breed, etc
**BUT everything is based off the airlines pet policy, so best course of action is to hand the pax off to airline website
