Adding flight addons / special requests (meals, wheelchair, seats, bags)

○ Ask for the PK-12345 number 

- At this stage we are not doing paid addons -> direct pax to airlines website 

- Ask wheelchairy questions ( stairs, etc)

○ Should be able to do on platform - get pax to go on My Trip page and click on the 'Add ons Button' 

○ If the platform is broken, we can do it in Sabre.

**If the pax is asking about their baggage allowance, you can check on the platform under "Baggage Allowance" and see what number is there. 0 means no checked bags, but has carry on (free carry on)...will need to go to airlines website to purchase more.
