1. First use troubleshooting questions to see if you can resolve their issue, i.e if it a slow search, maybe they should try refreshing their browser, clearing the cache etc.

2. Once you have exhausted common IT troubleshooting and they still need help making a new booking: get ALL information from them that can help you create a "booking shell" for them.

-depature location and date

-destination location and return date

-number of passengers (all adults or any children?)

-booking class

-hotel

-number of rooms and room type
